This week we are creating our artwork for the art exhibition. We are painting pictures in the style of Gustav Klimt and the painting we are using for our inspiration are his flower paintings. The children learnt a little about Gustav Klimt and have all been excited about painting.

In Maths the children are continuing to learn about number bonds to 10. We will also be learning about even and odd numbers and counting in twos. We will be revisiting the tricky words that we have learnt so far.

We were given some daffodil and tulip bulbs so the children are busy planting them in the Reception outside area so that we will see them grow.

We will be continuing to play, read, write both independently and write and act a story scribe.
