Year 9 Options Process 2021
The Year 9 Options Process 2021 will be launched on Wednesday 10th February and take place remotely due to the pandemic. A pre-recorded presentation explaining the options process, an electronic copy of the options booklet and a link to the options form will all be available below on the day of the launch.
If you wish to speak to subject leaders about your child’s suitability for a certain course or wish to discuss things relating to a specific qualification which are not covered in the options booklet then you can pre-book appointments. Details of how to do this are included in the letter emailed to all Year 9 parents on 2nd February. (A copy of the letter is included below).
A dedicated email address has been set up for any queries relating to the options process this year. The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
The email address will become active from Wednesday 10th February to coincide with the launch of this year’s Options Evening.
We will aim to respond to any options related queries with 48 hours of receiving them. Please be advised that this is a temporary email and will be closed once the deadline for option forms to be return has passed. Before emailing any questions please check that your question is not answered in the “frequently asked questions” section of the options booklet.
The deadline for pupils to complete the online options form is Wednesday 24th February 2021.
