Christmas Cards/Gifts Update
This morning we have received the following information from Chameleon Create.
The gift items for your school Christmas project are not ready to despatch. Unfortunately we have been informed by our suppliers that they do not have a delivery date for some of the gift items, including mugs, tea towels and clothing.
Here at Chameleon we have been working extremely hard alongside our suppliers to deliver all items within our project, however the demand due to the time of year and COVID on the rise many suppliers are unable to fulfil orders and this has had knock on effects across the industry.
Where we have not been able to provide the specified items or similar alternatives we will be emailing the parents directly and advising them of the issues and offering alternative solutions. So, that you are aware of the situation please note the details.
As we value our customers and are sad that we cannot offer the children the items they have been waiting for we can offer one of the options below.
1. We are happy to despatch to a home address as soon as the goods arrive.
2. A refund on the items.

As a school we are incredibly disappointed by this service and want to reassure you that we have already found a new reliable supplier for next year’s Christmas cards and gifts. We know so many of you had ordered items as part of Christmas presents this year and we are so sorry that you have been let down.
