We are so very proud of our wonderful Year 1 and 2 choir, who performed at the Norfolk County Music Festival on Thursday 20^th March. They were a real credit to the school and performed absolutely brilliantly!

Celebrating 100 Days of School in Year 2!

Our Year 2 children have been counting each school day since September, eagerly anticipating the 100th day! Along the way, they’ve had fantastic mathematical discussions—working out how many tens and ones are in each number and figuring out how many more days until the next ten or until 100. We can’t believe how quickly 100 days has gone by – it seemed so far away when we started counting in September!

We are absolutely thrilled to report that our Year 1 and 2 choir had a wonderful time at the Norfolk County Music Festival last week, and achieved the top grade of Outstanding, which they thoroughly deserved. Even more impressive, the judge told us that we were the only school that had been awarded that grade all week!

Thursday 2nd March was World Book Day. Everyone was excited to come to school in their pyjamas, along with teddies, blankets, dressing gowns and their favourite books! We snuggled up to read lots of stories, and even had some hot chocolate as an extra treat!
