This is an activity that supports several parts of our curriculum such as health and self care, use of technology and to further develop independence.

The children have been learning how to safely put the bread in the toaster, get it out using the wooden tongs, butter it and even wash up their plate afterwards!

As much as they all really enjoy the process, I think the children all agree their favourite part is the eating!
