Staff didn't tell the children what was happening but it did not take to long before it was clear that the boys where being treated completely differently to the girls.
Boys got endless praise for doing little tasks, extra snack first and even a longer playtime. While the girls where expected to sit quietly and never got picked to answer questions!

After break the girls where asked how they felt and and they all agreed it was unfair and made them feel really frustrated!
We think you can see the look on all their faces to know they are very grateful that the Suffragettes fought so hard for women's rights all those years ago.
