Free opportunity for your students this summer!

This summer Bookbugs are running a FREE creative activity week called 'Story Club' for children aged 7-11 years. This programme has been funded by the Penguin Children’s Bookshop Grant as part of the National Year of Reading. This allows us to offer 10 children with the opportunity to participate for the week of Story Club fully funded. The project aims to improve attitudes toward reading, and foster long-term engagement with books. We would love for you to pass on this opportunity to children that you feel would benefit from Story Club. Who can attend? 7-11 year olds

What? We will transform the event space at Bookbugs and Dragon Tales in Norwich City Centre into a space of play and creativity. Across the week children will explore stories through drama, games, storytelling, puppetry, movement and crafts. This week is designed to immerse participants in stories in an inclusive and playful way.

Where? Bookbugs and Dragon Tales, Timberhill, Norwich, NR1 3LA

When?   Mon 3^rd- Fri 7^th August 2026 @ 10am-12:30pm each day

How do you sign up?
