Please email the office - office@lodgelane.norfolk.sch.uk if you are able to volunteer with our fantastic children. We'd love to welcome you into school and are always looking for volunteers to help us.

A HUGE thanks to the Friends of Lodge Lane for funding our in-school Theatre Visit this week. The children absolutely LOVED the Wizard of Oz by M&M productions. It was so clever how four actors played all the different parts and the singing was incredible too. The children watched absolutely spell-bound all the way through and thoroughly enjoyed booing the wicked witch of the west. A great time was had by all.

Thank you SO much for your generous donations for Harvest. Last week, the children had an assembly with Reverend David from St Margaret's Church, Old Catton and learnt about the Christian perspective about Harvest. Today, the Soul Church came to collect our donations. The children learnt about what a social supermarket is and where their donations will go to. We know that times are tough. If you, or anyone you know, would benefit from accessing the social supermarket yourselves, you can find more information below. What is a social supermarket? The social supermarket is a membership-based community shop for those who need a little extra help, hosting a range of fresh produce, long-life essentials, and household products at a fraction of the cost for our members. Opening times: Sun 12-2pm Tues 1-3.00pm https://www.soulfoundation.org.uk/

Thank you for the Harvest donations we have received so far. When we talked about where the donations would go in Assembly lots of children were very keen to help people less fortunate than themselves. Some children even offered to spend their own pocket money on their donation. They're really demonstrating our school rules of Safe, Brave, Kind! There's still time to bring a donation into school either tomorrow or Friday. Thank you so much!
