Oddballs Visit
On Wednesday 6 December, in Conference, Lauren from the Oddballs charity visited us to give an interesting and informative talk about testicular cancer.
As a cancer it is one of the most prevalent in young men between the ages of 14-49. Lauren went through some of the ways to check for testicular cancer and reassured all present that If caught early and treated there is a 95% recovery rate.
Hopefully all students that were present learnt something and feel able to talk openly about health issues as a group of young adults.
