Scholarship Awards 2025

This reward is to recognise those high achieving students who have gained outstanding grades at GCSE, and have continued their studies at Hellesdon Sixth Form.

“Every year I look forward to presenting our higher achieving students with this award.  This year is no exception. The Scholarship both rewards students for their hard work over the previous year, and also hopefully supports them in achieving their next steps” Mr R Taylor, Director of Sixth Form

“The scholarship has given me means to be able to get all the equipment and the textbooks for my studies which normally are fairly expensive. It has also meant I have been able to improve the equipment available to me for my extracurricular activities. I feel that it is definitely worth applying for and working hard to get the grades in year 11. I am currently studying A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths and I plan to go onto university to study Medicine or Bio Chemistry”. Jack, Y12 student

“I Plan to use the scholarship money to help fund theatre trips for my A level Drama course, it will enable me to attend a wide variety of theatre productions which I can then write about in my final exams. It will also be helpful to fund the transport to my chosen University where I plan to study English Literature and Drama as a joint honours degree”. Chloe, Y13 student
