Appreciation post 5! Our final huge thank you is to Premier Education @premiernorfolknorthsuffolk who came in to help us finish the week in spectacular style with their fantastic Glow in the Dark Dodgeball sessions! These high-energy sessions were the perfect way to round off an amazing week. With glowing dodgeballs, fluorescent bibs and plenty of fast-paced action, the children had an incredible time keeping active while having lots of fun. A huge thank you to everyone at Premier Education for bringing such energy and enthusiasm to our school. You helped us end Active Week on a real high, creating memories that our children will be talking about for a long time to come! #DREAM

Appreciation post 4! Our next enormous thank you is to Kez from @move_and_improve_ for delivering some fantastic glow-in-the-dark fitness sessions! The children (and staff!) had an amazing time boogying to the beat with glow sticks in hand, filling the hall with energy, excitement and plenty of laughter. The sessions were fun, engaging and a brilliant way to get everyone moving while improving their fitness. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces throughout the sessions, with everyone throwing themselves into the activities and enjoying every minute. There really was a fantastic atmosphere, and it was great fun all round! A huge thank you to Kez for bringing such enthusiasm and positivity to our Active Week. Your sessions were a real highlight, and we are so grateful for helping to make the week so memorable! #DREAM

Appreciation post 3! Our next huge thank you is to Sensei Rhys from @norfolk_sport_karate for returning once again to deliver fantastic karate sessions for our remaining year groups. The children had an amazing time learning a range of more advanced strikes, including elbows, knees and chops. Every session was full of enthusiasm, energy and smiles, with everyone eager to have a go and challenge themselves. It was wonderful to see so many of Sensei Rhys' own pupils helping throughout the sessions by demonstrating techniques and supporting our children. They were excellent role models and helped to make the experience even more inspiring. A huge thank you to Sensei Rhys for coming back to work with our children again. We really appreciate your continued support and for helping to make Active Week such a memorable experience for everyone! #DREAM

Appreciation post 2! Our next big thank you is to Master Wayne and Sensei Jessica from SESMA Martial Arts who came in to deliver fantastic karate sessions for two of our year groups. The sessions were fun, engaging and full of energy, giving our children the opportunity to develop new skills while building confidence and discipline. Everyone especially enjoyed practising their kicks and punches using the pads. It was also wonderful to see some of our pupils who attend SESMA showcasing their impressive skills by breaking wooden boards in front of their friends. They were fantastic role models and inspired many of their classmates to give karate a try. Thank you, Master Wayne and Sensei Jessica, for sharing your expertise and helping to make our Active Week such a memorable experience! #DREAM
