Festival of Knowledge Skills Event
Wednesday 6 March saw Hellesdon Sixth Form take a number of Y13 students to the annual Norwich Festival of Knowledge at the Norfolk Showground.
During the morning students had various conversations with apprenticeship and employment providers, hopefully making contacts which may lead to opportunities after Sixth Form.
Dylan in Y13 said “it was a really useful morning and gave an excellent insight into various career options. I especially enjoyed talking to the police about the various roles on offer".
Students are now following up with individual providers, looking at career opportunities for September.
