This morning we all got flexible and refreshed with some early morning yoga in the school hall. We followed  Jaime from Cosmic Yoga as well as Mrs Wortley and Mrs Gant. 

In the Nursery and the main school we see being healthy as very important, developing healthy minds as well as healthy bodies.
