Reception visit St. Paul's Church
In the lead up to Christmas, Reception have been talking lots about Christmas and festive traditions, from the story of Jesus, to family drives to spot Christmas lights. We have loved hearing about all the different ways our children and families celebrate.
As part of our 'understanding of the world', we visited St Paul's Church and heard the story of baby Jesus being born in Bethlehem. Squirrels loved listening to the story, singing some Christmas songs, and creating their own Christmas crafts. If you visit St Paul's over Christmas, you will see their creations on display!
We are so grateful for our local community (with a special thanks to Sue and Felicity) and look forward to seeing everyone at St Paul's Church again at Easter!
