Welcome
At Heather Avenue Infant School, we are incredibly proud to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment where children are happy, confident, and achieve exceptionally well. We know that the early years of education are the most important, and we are dedicated to giving every child the very best start to their educational journey.
Our vision is simple but powerful: preparing children for a bright future in a changing world.

Sunday Stories 📖 Welcome to Sunday Stories, where our teachers will take it in turns to share their favourite books! They might be chidren's books, or books for adults, but we hope you get some book reccomendations for yourself and your family! Mrs Bennett says "'Oi Frog!' Is one of my favourite children's book because it was a big part of our family life as my children were growing up. If we were queuing for anything we played the rhyming game , stuck in traffic, we played the rhyming game and shopping, well that would have been awful without ' bread on head ' and give 'apples to cattle'!!"
