Reception Children Visit the Dinosaur Park

On Thursday 7 March, Squirrels class visited the 'Dinosaur Park' as part of their learning about dinosaurs this term.

The children were fascinated to see how big the model dinosaurs were. They looked carefully at each dinosaur for clues to see if they were carnivores or herbivores.
The children enjoyed using the map to find their way around the park. There were some amazing live animals to see too!
The children enjoyed some playtime after lunch and many children investigated the fossils - just like Mary Anning (who they have been learning about).
Everyone had a super day. The children were fantastic and all the teachers were very proud of them. Thank you to the parents who accompanied the class on our visit.
