Parents joined their children in the classroom and took part in a range of fun maths activities together.

Families had the chance to see first-hand how we teach maths at Heather Avenue Infant School, exploring practical strategies and interactive games that make learning engaging and enjoyable.

Teachers also shared handy tips and ideas for supporting maths at home, helping parents feel confident about reinforcing key skills outside of school.

The atmosphere was full of excitement as children proudly demonstrated their learning. We’d like to thank all the parents who attended for making the workshop such a success! It was wonderful to see our school community learning side by side.
