GCHQ National Language Competition
At the end of November, our Year 9 language classes tried their hand at language-based challenges as part of the @gchq National Language Competition, a virtual nationwide competition for 13–14 year olds across the UK.
The results and some photos are below! Well done to all that participated!
School leaderboard;
1st place Team Righteous Snail with 3095 points
2nd place Sleek Reindeer with 2930 points
3rd place Team Harmonious Bushbaby with 1790 points
In the regional leaderboard we came 151, 161 and 193 out of 260 teams
In the national leaderboard we came 1002, 1067 and 1451 out of 2734 teams
