Key Stage 3 Art Exhibition Showcases Outstanding Student Creativity

The Art Department is delighted to present our Key Stage 3 Exhibition, now proudly displayed within the department.

The exhibition celebrates the creativity, technical development and artistic confidence of students in Years 7, 8 and 9.

Visitors will see an exciting and diverse range of work, reflecting the breadth of experiences offered within the KS3 curriculum. Highlights include:

  • Architectural-inspired collages exploring bold colour palettes, geometric composition and urban landscapes

  • Observational tonal drawings demonstrating careful attention to light, shadow and proportion

  • Graffiti and typography projects where students have developed their own visual identities through expressive lettering and imaginative design

The quality of work on display is a testament to the enthusiasm, commitment and growing artistic maturity of our students. Across all three year groups, students have shown increasing confidence in experimenting with media, refining techniques and communicating ideas visually.

We are incredibly proud of the creativity and effort demonstrated by our young artists. The exhibition not only celebrates their achievements but also highlights the vibrant and inspiring learning environment within the Art Department.
