LATEST FACILITY HIRE PROVISION - Updated 25 February 2021
Following the government's announcement on 22nd February, with details of the 'roadmap out of lock down' we have provisionally planned for activities to resume in the following stages;
29 March 2021
Organised outdoor sports for adults and children can resume at our facilities. This means our 3G pitches, grass pitches, tennis/netball courts will be open for team sports. These must take place under national governing body guidance. Informal outdoor sport and recreation can also take place, but will be limited to 6 people with social distancing measures being adhered to.
12 April 2021
Indoor sporting activities will resume but will be limited to individuals or household groups.
Sport-A-Peel Customers - The fitness suite at Sport-A-Peel will re-open for individuals to use. Capacity at the gym will be restricted to 5 people at one time and booking in advance will still be required. The swimming pool at Sport-A-Peel will open from this date for individuals or household groups. Capacity at the pool will be restricted to 15 people at one time and booking in advance will still be required. To make your booking, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hellesdon High School Swimming Pool - The pool will re-open from this date, however sessions will only be available where the hirer can guarantee they can

Organised indoor sports and exercise can resume. This means our indoor sporting facilities will be open from this date across our sites.
These dates are subject to change based on the latest government guidance; we will keep you updated when we find out more information.
All those using our outdoor facilities during this period, will be required to:
- Sanitise on arrival and departure
- Respect social distancing rules at all times, when possible.
- All sessions to be delivered within Governing body guidelines
- No spectators permitted on site. Grown-ups must drop their child off at the session and immediately return to wait in their car or to leave the site and return to safely pick up at the end of the session.
- Leaving the site immediately after your session has finished, leaving the training area clean and tidy.
We will be doing our best to ensure that our schools remain a safe place for our students and staff, whilst still supporting our local community during these unusual and difficult times.
