D.I.C.E

Hi, my name is Micky and I am head of the DICE service area. 

As a service area we want to introduce events and clubs to include others who may be feeling left out. In achieving these goals, we will work closely with all of our head students and our SLT members and Miss Pring. At the moment we are working towards holding a country day/ week in the Autumn term to raise awareness of other cultures. In this event we will provide a bake sale during lunch to help raise money to decrease the prom ticket sales whilst working with the Charity service area. We are holding LGBTQIA+ club to include and help others who may need that extra support. These sessions will be run at lunchtimes, keep an eye on student notices!

An assembly that we are going to host in the Spring term is based around awareness for neurodivergence because we feel miss information can be spread around and wish for students to have the correct facts. These events will also hopefully encourage students to come into school. These are just a few of many ideas and events we wish to implement over the next school year!
